So why goals? I believe that part of this “divine plan” is for me to learn to work with and manage my physical body and mind. They are gifts from my Heavenly Parents for me to use to come to know myself better. I don’t believe God wants us to become something different than we are (Just my belief, and may be unpopular), but truly to become more of who we were created to be.

Moving into a New Phase
I have decided to let go of the “need” for perfection. That doesn’t mean I don’t still “want” to be able to show up perfectly. I am moving toward letting go of some of that perfection and still showing up.
As I build up the muscles of doing things less than perfectly, I want to continue to create more things to share with the world.
Is it a Pivot or Just Figuring it Out?
As I gain more clarity on what I am creating and why I am creating, I can see that there are pieces that have always been there. I am just fine tuning to make it more focused, more cohesive, and more resonant.
And over the next several months (since I am not a website creator :)) I will be updating my website to better represent who I am, what I do, how I can help you, and what that looks like.
When You Accomplish a Goal – Part 1
Most importantly I want to take the time to congratulate myself on showing up, imperfectly at times, for myself, for nearly an entire year, to meet, achieve and succeed in my goals…. ALL of my goals for this particular event. Celebrating my achievements is not something I am accustom to so I am working to develop that more for myself as well.

I truly believe that coaching certification and becoming a life coach has had an immeasurable impact on my life.
And yes, this coaching program does cost a lot of money. And yes, it does take a commitment of time. And yes, it is challenging personally. And yes, I do believe it is entirely worth it.
November 11 – I am Grateful for…
Today is Veteran’s Day in the United States, and Remembrance Day in Canada. It is a day to remember those who died and honor those who served in the military.
To be able to live in the United States is a blessing to me and one I don’t fully comprehend or understand because I have never lived anywhere else.

Tegan is a great example of working for what you want in life. She set a goal during her freshman year to become the kicker for the football team. There are no other girls on the football team but that didn’t slow her down.
November 8 – I am Grateful for…
I don’t know if the beach makes me realize how small I really am in comparison to the rest of the planet, but I do know that I feel awe and wonder and a profound respect for the Creator of the Universe there.
That feeling helps me to remember that He created me as well. In fact, He created the beaches and the oceans for me to enjoy. And I do enjoy them.
I am always grateful when I am able to have some “beach therapy” time, especially when I can share it with family and friends!
November 7 – I am Grateful for…
Technology is amazing and adds so much to my life in so many ways. And I want to be careful that it does not take over the importance for me of actual conversation, with actual people and creating real connection in my life.
November 6 – I am Grateful for…
For me, Sundays are a gift from God to rest from the rest of the worldly things that fill my week. A day He gives us for spiritual and physical renewal.
